ในชีวิตของเรา
ต้องมีความเพียรที่จะนั่งธรรมะให้ยิ่ง ๆ ขึ้นไป
ต้องมีความเพียรที่จะนั่งธรรมะให้ยิ่ง ๆ ขึ้นไป
我們一生當中，要勤於靜坐。
สมัยก่อนยายยังไม่เห็นธรรมะ
ก็พยายามนึกทั้งเดิน และนั่ง
พอทำไป ทำไปใจก็หยุด เข้าถึงธรรมะได้
สมัยก่อนยายยังไม่เห็นธรรมะ
ก็พยายามนึกทั้งเดิน และนั่ง
พอทำไป ทำไปใจก็หยุด เข้าถึงธรรมะได้
以前，奶奶還未入證法身。
那時候，奶奶無論是走著或坐著，
都竭力將心靜定，當心漸定下來後，
最後終會徹底地靜定，隨之便能入證了。
Initially, Yay could not attain any Dhamma fruit, however, Yay always practiced both when walking and sitting; having maintained the practice, Yay could have been stopping the mind inside and attaining the Dhamma.
การเข้าถึงธรรมะนี่แหละ
เป็นหน้าที่ที่สำคัญที่สุด

那時候，奶奶無論是走著或坐著，
都竭力將心靜定，當心漸定下來後，
最後終會徹底地靜定，隨之便能入證了。
